		<description>Well, Dan--you went through a full cycle of grief on that post, from the sad to the rationalization (skipping the mad, but I get that).  I admit to being a bit slower to get to the "what have we learned" part, and being a bit stuck on "mad," but as a very independent commentator, I can do that.  But I do get your point, and agree.  I was one of the cautionary voices Ed alluded to in his original post, but even so I think this whole "takedown" business was just so incredibly unnecessary.</description>
